Celery root soup with backfin crab meat salad

2nd Course:

Grilled venison tournedos with potato roesti & huckleberry sauce
Seared halibut steak with whipped buttermilk potatoes & lemon confit
Smoked & braised local lamb in puff pastry
Stuffed delicata squash with black trumpet mushrooms & Israeli cous cous

Dessert:

Warm flourless chocolate torte with salted caramel sauce & candied pecans
Raspberry – lime panna cotta with fresh berries and cookie
